After I purchased a residence, I called a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C machine company to supply myself and others an official quote for an up-to-date central AC machine.
The outdated residence didn’t have any central AC or heat, so I had to pay for HVAC duct to be installed and that quote was super pricey.
The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C machine company offered a totally different option that was much cheaper and easier… He suggested installing a couple of ductless Heating, Ventilation, and A/C machines, and I didn’t know too much about ductless Heating, Ventilation, and A/C options. I did some research and I asked a pretty good amount of questions. I wasn’t really certain that the ductless Heating, Ventilation, and A/C machines would offer the same powerful heating and cooling as a traditional Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system. The answers I was able to find online were easily helpful and honest. After many afternoons of deliberating, I finally made the choice to skip the central AC and the HVAC duct and I went with the ductless Heating, Ventilation, and A/C machine options. The installation company installed 2 separate air handlers in the beach residence and both of them are connected to 1 central machine. Each mini-split ductless machine has a separate temperature control equipment to control the heat and AC. The cooling capabilities are fantastic and the 2 machines work pretty well at removing the indoor heat and humidity. I barely use the AC machine in the back of the residence. The living room equipment is so powerful and effective. Choosing the ductless option was a pretty amazing option for my property. I have the machines inspected every single season by a licensed company and I change the air filters all the time. The equipment should last a long while so long as I take care of it.
