Being at home this past year, for the most part, has been really unusual for me. It’s not that I don’t like and enjoy being in my house. It’s a good space and I am comfortable in the Heating and Air Conditioning. The family room is newly updated and the four of us even have a pool in the backyard. So, I’m not complaining at all. It’s just that I had never spent this amount of time here. Much of my company keeps me traveling a lot. Not this year. Instead of those face to face meetings, I did a whole lot of online tasks with our buyers. It really isn’t a substitute for being there but for this year, it had to do. And my kids have been home studying remotely this past year as well. So with all of us in the house, it dawned on me that I might want to make our environment the healthiest it could be. That was sort of going off a theme my partner started last year. Don’t waste this time, and improve our health instead, and all of us have now. I learned just how pressing indoor air quality is for immune health and overall physical health. So, I not only changed the Heating and Air Conditioning air filter to the HEPA style although I took it a single step further. After talking with the Heating and Air Conditioning people, I was made aware that the best indoor air was possible for us with a single more Heating & Air Conditioning tweak. So I had them install a whole-house air purifier in the air handler of the HVAC system. It’s simply remarkable what a difference this thing has made. The air in our house is so clean and smells delightful. Plus, the four of us are breathing the best indoor air possible, thanks to making these upgrades to our HVAC system.
